Access of pets to children's play areas, certain stores, and restaurants is prohibited. Policies regarding pets may vary among stores and restaurants. Stores and restaurants allowing pet access will have paw print-shaped labels on their window displays. Pet owners should pay attention to these labels.
Dogs should always be leashed or carried in bags. Leashes should not exceed 6 feet (183 cm), including adjustable leashes.
According to Law No. 5199 on the Protection of Animals and Circular No. 2021/48 published by the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry of the Republic of Turkey on 07.12.2021, dogs belonging to the category of dangerous breeds, including American Pitbull Terrier, Dogo Argentino, Fila Brasilerio, Japanese Tosa, American Staffordshire Terrier, American Bully, and their hybrids, will not be allowed into the mall.
After their pets defecate/urinate, pet owners must clean up the area and dispose of the waste properly. Pet owners can access waste bags they may need from waste bag stations located in common areas within the mall.
If an unexpected accident occurs within the mall, pet owners can seek assistance from the mall cleaning staff in the area or contact Customer Satisfaction at 0216 504 99 44.
Pets should not disturb other visitors or disrupt the operation of the mall. Disruptive behavior includes being loud, displaying aggressive or harmful behaviors, or being used to intimidate others, but is not limited to these. If any rule is violated, the owner may be asked to leave the mall with their pet.
